from CAN technology. Master micro-processor of
the controlling system of lift is newly developed
by Rhine LMG, it has a energy ¨Csaving control unit with
advanced technology. CPU is the master computer,
serial data transmitting is made among cabinet
|controller and controller of every
floor via CAN-BUS, so that each part of the whole system is
forming a priory computer control system, the characteristics
are as follows:
¡¡¡¡CAN-BUS serial communication network use CAN-BUS network,
it is more reliable with high speed, can transmit big data,
connecting line between parts is reduced, easy installation
and regulation, upgrade the reliability of the lift, as
well as reducing the raw materials. Working method of CAN
is ¡°Multi-owner¡±, any point on the network can transmit
information to other net points at any time, the information
transfer is flexible and the master station is not necessary.
¡¡¡¡Points information on CAN network is divided into different
priorities to meet different requirements at different time.
The top priority data can be transmitted within 134¦Ìs. CAN
use non-damage line arbitration technology, when there are
many points transmitting information to the general line,
the one with lower priority will automatically quit, while
the one with top priority can transmit the data without any
influence, it save a lot of confliction time.
¡¡¡¡CAN could realize the data transmitting with method of
¡°point-to-point¡±, ¡°point-to-points-to-whole¡± etc. via wave
filter, controller is not necessary. Direct communication
distance of CAN is max. 10Km. Inter media of CAN could be
dual-rubber line, cables, or fiber, very flexible.
¡¡¡¡LME64 system use direct stop technology, upgrade the
running efficiency of the lift. Main board can be used for
lifts with various floor, various speed, the system has
enough controlling function. In order to satisfy the market
demand, based on the advanced planetary gear technology,
Rhine LMG passenger lift is developed as a new product with mature
technology, years of successful experience and ideas of
designing. This lift use vector driving technology, has
a module controlling system which consists many micro-processors,
to satisfy different customers¡¯ different requirement on
controlling. Below is a brief introduction to these sub-systems:
|¡¡¡¡A. Operational controlling sub-system
Handling, executing, and answering the lift calling
information from cabinet and door, receiving information
of the position and status of current cabinet, making
logic calculation, and let the cabinet answer the lift
calling in min. time period via controlling sub-system.
¡¡¡¡B. Running controlling sub-system
Give logical order to lift, track the position, speed,
and direction of the cabinet, control the lift run
in a planned process, provide safe service and checking.
¡¡¡¡C. Driving / Braking controlling sub-system
It receive information and order from running controlling subsystem,
control the running of the cabinet.
¡¡¡¡D. Door Operation controlling sub-system
Receive and react on signals from operation controlling sub-system,
open and close the door.
¡¡¡¡All system mentioned above connected through serial
line£¬effectively control the running of each lift; for group-control
lifts. You can use the imported LME6402 operation board or the
self-developed VEK control system to supervise, operate and modify
data to the system.
¡¡¡¡All control cabinets are installed with long-distance
service system, onsite lift running status can be known in the
long-distance service center, it greatly upgrade the service efficiency.
System can record the latest 250 times of malfunction information,
it can be read via LME 6402 operational board or long-distance
service system. System use the most popular LED, greatly fruited
the content of display. While the lift is running, floor-changing
will be seen on the screen with arrow, it is not only provide
more information to the passengers, but also seems more active
¡¡¡¡This product has strong self trouble-shooting
function, with special testing and repairing equipment, the maintenance
person can greatly reduce the onsite work, find and solve the
malfunction quickly and accurately.
